OneDrive integrates with Microsoft 365 for secure cloud storage. Files uploaded from your tracking tasks will be organized in your specified folder and accessible across all your devices with OneDrive sync.
Prerequisites
Before setting up OneDrive integration, ensure you have:
- Microsoft account: Personal or work/school account with OneDrive
- OneDrive access: Storage available in your OneDrive
Step 1: Configure OneDrive in Tracker
- Go to your Upload Channels
- Click "Add New Channel"
- Select "OneDrive" (or "Microsoft OneDrive") from the provider options
- Follow the authorization flow to connect your OneDrive account
- Choose the folder path where files should be stored (e.g. /TrackerBot/Screenshots)
- Click "Test Configuration" to verify the connection
- Save the channel
Step 2: Enable Uploads for Your Tasks
- Edit any tracking task where you want file uploads
- In the "Upload Settings" section, enable "Upload to Remote Storage"
- Select your OneDrive channel from the upload channels list
- Save your task configuration
What gets uploaded
Depending on your task settings, OneDrive can store:
